Ukrainian Journalist Reception and Panel Discussion: Frontline Reporting from Occupied Territories

The Ukrainian Media Partnership Program (UMPP), in collaboration with the Denver Press Club, invites members and non-members for a reception and panel discussion at the Press Club, featuring three Ukrainian journalists from Vgoru, a Kherson-based news website actively reporting from occupied and liberated territories in Ukraine. The panel will offer Press Club members, local journalists, and others a chance to hear first-hand about the challenges of reporting under occupation. The three journalists—two now relocated to Odessa and one to Germany—will be in Colorado for a week, partnering with the Colorado Springs Gazette and the Denver Gazette. Their visit is part of a broader professional and cultural exchange, with a particular focus on multimedia journalism and investigative reporting. Register here.
