Photo Night: Amanda Lopez

Amanda Lopez is a Mexican-American editorial and commercial photographer based in Denver, CO. After earning a degree in Art from San Francisco State she refined her craft by working with local and national publications such as XXL, Mass Appeal, and Vapors Magazine. Eventually, she moved to Los Angeles, where she established herself as a photographer known for her vibrant and distinctive style. Whether on a high-profile assignment or capturing candid moments with loved ones, her photography seeks a balance of strength, vulnerability, and tenacity.

She has worked with clients such as Netflix, ESPN, TIME and The Washington Post. Her work has been exhibited at The Museum of Modern Art and collected by The Smithsonian National Museum of American History and The Marian Library at the University of Dayton.
