Annual Denver Press Club meeting/election for the board of directors

You may vote by sending an email to the election committee at this email address: DPCelection@gmail.com; you may attend the annual meeting early — between 6:30 and 7 p.m. Wednesday – to vote in person; or you may send your vote via U.S. mail to the club at 1330 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO 80204 (we do not recommend this last method, given ongoing delays in mail service). 

To vote, you must be a current member of the club (if your dues are in arrears, please bring them up-to-date before you vote). To be counted, votes must be received by the election committee by 7 p.m., Wed., March 23.

We need at least 5 percent of the membership to vote to validate the election, so please make plans to cast a ballot. 

The election committee of Jennifer Forker, Joe Boven and Cara DeGette will tally the votes and report the results to club membership and the board at the member meeting.

At the member meeting, we will hear from our board and discuss the agenda for the coming year. It’s also a good opportunity for addressing the board with suggestions and questions. Plan to attend the 7 p.m. meeting in person at the club or via this Zoom link:

You may vote for candidates individually, or if you’d prefer, vote for “all.” Please vote by emailing DPCelection@gmail.com before 7 p.m. Wed., March 23, or vote in person at the club between 6:30 and 7 p.m. that day.
