Scholarships

The Denver Press Club annually awards scholarships to deserving journalism and communications students attending Colorado colleges and schools.The Denver Press Club offers three named scholarships and seven general scholarships. The John C. Ensslin Scholarship is $3,000 and awarded to a student demonstrating outstanding student journalism talent. The Cynthia Hessin Scholarship, at $3,000, is awarded to a female journalism student. The Walter Baas Scholarship, $1,500, goes to a photojournalism student.
