His journalism has spanned four continents\, ranging from investigative reporting to arts and culture writing. Chris‘s stories can be found in The Atlantic\, Playboy\, the Atavist\, VICE\, Forbes\, NPR\, Rock and Ice\, Backpacker\, 5280\, Westword\, and LA Weekly—among others. Chris has produced two narrative podcasts series: The Syndicate (2020)\, which peaked at #9 in Apple’s overall top shows chart\, and Blood Vines (2025)\, which reached the top 40. \nWHAT IS COLORADIO: Colorado is rich with audio artists\, podcast producers and radio professionals\, not to mention countless talented journalists who might be curious about the world of sound. Our goal is to connect and inspire by offering a regular space to elevate interesting and impactful work.
