Hear Kevin Vaughan and Paul Karolyi talk about their experience working with podcasts and answering questions for freelancers as well as those at established news organizations considering this medium of storytelling.
Kevin Vaughan is a well-respected investigative journalist formerly at the Rocky Mountain News and I-News and now with 9 News. He is one of the reporters behind 9news Wants to Know's BLAME podcast looking into the death of Jill Wells.
Paul Karolyi produces Changing Denver, which Westword recently described as "the crown jewel of Denver's podcast scene." He is also involved in various podcast ventures in the city including Denverite Now and the Denver Podcast Network.
Networking starts at 5:30 p.m. with a 60- to 90-minute discussion to follow.
