Our next a la carte dinner from in-house partner caterer Mezcla Maggie is the “Divine Swine” menu Friday, April 21. It features five pork course for $30. Limited to 25 attendees; you must be a member to purchase tickets.

Braised Tenderloin & Cherries with violet mustard (small plate)
Dried cherries braised in pinot noir, pureed for a sauce to coat our pork tenderloin medallions, topped with violet mustard

Bacon Wrapped Scallop (small plate)
Crispy Bacon wrapped around Bay Scallops on a bed of mascarpone polenta.

Fennel & Pepper Spiced Rib (small plate)
Fennel & Pepper Spiced Rib with saffron tomato and fingerling stew.

Smothered Pork Chop with Creamy Mushroom (small plate)
Seared balsamic marinated pork chop with sauteed baby portobello mushrooms in a luscious cream sauce.

Bacon Peanut Butter Cannoli (dessert)
Creamy ricotta peanut butter banana filling inside a crispy bacon shell
